POLICIES & FEES
A NOTE ABOUT FEES
In practice, we try hard to avoid charging any fees because our business is photography, not assessing penalties. However, in order to keep our prices low, it is critical that shoots go smoothly and we have found that some fees can help to ensure that we are able to complete shoots quickly and efficiently. A majority of our fees are automatically assessed by our billing systems.
CANCELLATIONS
All appointments must be canceled with 24 hours notice prior to the start time of the appointment. Appointments canceled on short notice will be assessed the following fees:
Less than 24 Hours from Appointment Time - $29
Less than 12 Hours from Appointment Time - $99
At/after Appointment Time - Full Service Fee
PAYMENT
Payment is due upon delivery of photographs. Photos delivered through our delivery portal will require payment before downloading media.
LATE PAYMENT FEE
Invoices are generally sent out immediately after delivery of media and are due on delivery. We may include a 15-day grace period in some cases. A late payment fee of $10 will be automatically assessed every month if payment is not received within 45 days of delivery.
NO PAYMENT ACTION
If no payment is received all media may be deleted after 45 days. Alternatively, unpaid invoices and any applied fees more than 60 days past due may be transferred to a more recent invoice for immediate payment.
TENANT OCCUPIED PROPERTIES
We require that the Realtor or owner be present when shooting tenant-occupied properties. This is critical as tenants have certain rights, including the right to refuse our photographers access to the property. If we arrive and learn that the occupant is a tenant we will immediately cancel the shoot and the realtor will be responsible for the full fee of the shoot.
